Refunds

We do not offer refunds on any of our products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item was damaged during shipping, we will replace it with the original scent purchased. You will need to return the original damaged product to the below address.

Please notify us within 5 days after receiving your item of your damaged item to request a new product with a picture proof of damaged product. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase with order number.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original packaging. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
